Pastors and faith leaders are the invisible backbone of communities across Africa. They counsel the grieving, lead community development, advocate for the marginalised, and provide spiritual direction to thousands, often at great personal cost. Yet they are frequently the most financially stretched, emotionally exhausted, and professionally unsupported members of the very communities they serve. Stewards of Grace Ambassadors is changing that.

What We Do

Our Pastoral Care & Welfare Programme is designed to serve the servants, equipping and restoring the faith leaders who are central to community transformation across our network.

Who We Serve

We serve pastors and ordained faith leaders across denominations,  with particular focus on rural pastors, bi-vocational ministers, and those leading congregations in high-poverty areas who have little or no institutional support.

Why It Matters

A pastor in crisis cannot effectively lead a community toward flourishing. When we invest in the welfare of faith leaders, the ripple effect reaches every family in their congregation and every community they serve. A healthy pastor leads a healthy community.

Partners

We work in close collaboration with CITAM Church, Kenya Baptist Convention, and other faith networks to design and deliver pastoral welfare programmes that are culturally appropriate and locally owned.
